What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is an unbiased, thorough in depth examination of the
structure and operating components of a home from top to bottom, corner to
corner and inside and out.

Why should I get a home inspection?

You will be paying a lot of $$$money$$$ for your home, and you should be
able to do so with confidence. When we inspect your house, it will be looked
at from top to bottom, corner to corner and inside and out. We'll even look at
it from underneath, provided we can get under it. :)
Every aspect of your dream home will be evaluated and given the rating that
it deserves.

Do I have to be there during the inspection?

Due to the depth of our inspection, you are invited and strongly encouraged
to attend. This will allow you time to ask questions about the systems that
you may not be a familiar with.

How long will it take?

We don't just walk in, look around and tell you it's OK. Our inspections are in
depth and through. An 1800 sq.ft. home takes an average of 4 hours.

How long will it take to get the report?

Our detailed report describing the current condition of the home, any
defects, attributes, or abnormalities, including pictures will be available to
you before we leave the home at the end of our inspection. This isn't some
scribbled notes, or a checklist with a bunch of X's in little boxes. Our
inspectors use the most up-to-date home inspection computer software.
We'll setup our lap-top and mobile printer to provide you with a professional
report on-site!

Can you fix the deficiencies noted in the report?

As you are the client, it is your best interest that we have in mind. An
inspection performed by one of our professional home inspectors will not be
used to try to generate any repair business for us or another third party.
Friends and family are usually the best resource for references, we can
however make some recommendations if you request them.
But, when it comes time to remodel the kitchen, keep us in mind. Our
concrete counter top division offers a costs effective alternative to granite or
marble.
